"My loathings are simple: stupidity, oppression, crime, cruelty, soft music."
Vladimir Nabokov (1899 - 1977)
Dear Penthouse Forum,
I never thought it could happen to me, but there I was with three women and a goat … oh, sorry. So, what do you want to know about me? I play music because I love it. I was lucky enough to stumble into a great group of musicians that know how to rock and am continually inspired to play and write new songs by the people, places and things around me.
Sure, I was influenced by the standards - Beatles, Hendrix, Zeppelin - but I also pulled my roots from such varied artists as Petty, Squier, Ray Charles, Toad, AC/DC and SRV. Rock, country, jazz, big band and blues are all part of my history, and I'm thankful for every song I've ever heard - good or bad (except maybe disco, show tunes and anything by Neil Diamond).
My folks say I had rhythm at age 2 - not bad for a suburban white kid. So naturally I got started with an old set of drums I bought with my first few bucks in the working world. Had to replace that kit after my friend peed on it following a night out at the college pubs - don't ask. I added guitar to my repertoire a little later in life and have since picked up a number of instruments and penned a few tunes of my own - some of which you'll hear at our shows.
Outside of music I work as an operator for "1-900 Spank Me" (just making sure you're still with me). I won't bore you with what I really do for a living, but its safe to say I'm not working on a cure for cancer or healing lepers. Maybe I'll buy you a beer at the next show if you can guess my job title… (co-workers excluded, of course).
If you want to know more about me (and who wouldn't?), drop me an e-mail at

Hope to see you at our next gig!
And always remember, three simple chords played in the right order can change the world.
